AUGUST 23 – FIREHOUSE 13, PROVIDENCE, RI [SHOW#65]
Day 75. Hanging out in Andy Visser’s apartment listening to Silver Jews, Bill Callahan and Frank Sinatra records, talking about our love of baritone crooners. Show tonight at Providence’s Firehouse 13 on a windy, drizzly Monday night was a blast. The space was great and the folks working there were super kind to us. We met a lot of nice people that came out to see us, and the two other bands were absolutely fantastic. And Andy made a batch of delicious chocolate-chip cookies.
