![SEPTEMBER 16 – PLAY:STL FESTIVAL @ CICERO’S, ST. LOUIS, MO [SHOW#84]
Day 99. We return to Cicero’s, this time to appear at the PLAY:STL music festival. We play the opening set of the opening day of shows, so the turnout wasn’t quite full yet, but we still had a respectable showing. We blazed through our set with a few photographers buzzing all around the front and side of the stage. Outside of the room was the check-in table for the bands and festival attendees full of all types of free swag. I grabbed a stick of lip balm and a bottle-opener keychain. There was a plastic tub of bottled beer at the side of the stage for all the bands performing that night. I told Patrick: “we gotta down these beers before the other bands arrive!”
